A two-hour, multi-modality journey designed to awaken the senses — taste, sound, and movement.

We begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, creating space to connect, soften, and arrive together fully. From there, we move into a free-flow dance journey guided by the incredible Lily Alcock, exploring the body and its capacity to express, release, and move intuitively.

We then settle into a deeply nourishing hour-long yin yoga practice and immersive sound bath with Stephanie Morgan and Andy Short, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the body to restore.
